Biggest Rugby Moot Yet

posted 19 Jan 2011, 10:53 by Richard Brook
At yesterday's moot we had our biggest turnout since Rugby Pagans started meeting up in November with ten people in attendance (including some very welcome new faces). As was scheduled we held a discussion on Pagan perspectives on death. I personally found this a really enlightening discussion and found it extremely interesting to hear all the views and experiences of those present. Of course we found time for plenty of other topics too (some Pagan, others not so Pagan) and The Raglan's wonderful ale was flowing nicely!

It was decided that at the next moot, to be held 1st February, we would dedicate some time to talking about Imbolc, its traditions and what it means to us individually. It would be great to see even more people at this moot and get as many opinions as possible whether Wiccan, Druid or any other Pagan path!

Thanks to all who came. I am looking forward to more intellectual stimulation and copious amounts of laughter on 1st February. I hope I will see you there!
